1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. The Site is intended for a general audience interested in sport in Newfoundland and Labrador. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

We may also change, suspend, add to, or discontinue any part of the Site — including content, features and availability — at any time and without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Site.
4. USE OF THE SITE (LICENCE AND RESTRICTIONS)
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NL Sports Talk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. TERMINATION

Upon termination, the licence granted to you in these Terms ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law — will continue to apply.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Newfoundland and Labrador will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before initiating any formal proceeding, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
17. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NL Sports Talk regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them freely. Headings are for convenience only.
